Meet The Attorney

Shari Amster concentrates her practice on the representation of small to medium sized companies and deals with all aspects of their day to day legal issues. Ms. Amster has vast experience, including extensive state and federal trial experience, with business disputes, employment matters, and general commercial litigation.

Prior to opening her own firm, Ms. Amster practiced with the Philadelphia law offices of Durant & Durant and Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg & Ellers. She was also general counsel to a medium size, unionized, international manufacturing corporation.

Ms. Amster is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars and various trial and appellate federal courts. She received her law degree, with honors, from Widener University School of Law in 1994, her Masters in Business Administration from Rider University in 1991 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Kogod School of Business at American University in 1989.
